Flush and reseal waterside (when <br />applicable/accessible). <br />• Vacuum breeching in immediate vicinity of boiler, where applicable. <br />• Inspect refractory, point up and wash coat all refractory (when applicable/accessible). <br />• Seal and close fireside of boiler. <br />• Install new gaskets. <br />• Remove and inspect main bumer (if applicable/accessible) and gas pilot assembly, <br />and adjust ignition electrode if required. <br />• Reinstall main burner (if applicable) and gas pilot assembly in accordance with recommended <br />specification and tolerance. <br />• Check flame failure safeguard control for pilot and main flame ignition. <br />• Check operation of blower motor and control circuitry. <br />• Check operation and adjust all linkages, belts and pulleys in accordance with factory <br />specifications. <br />• Check operation of gas valves and vent valves, including all gas train components. <br />• Check operation of all boiler -operating controls, limit pressuretrols and running interlocks. <br />• Check operation of low water controls on hot water closed systems. Draw down water <br />column and check low water controls and/or feed water pump control on steam systems. <br />• Check burner and check pilot and main flame ignition system. <br />• Check and calibrate each boiler/bumer for optimum air/fuel mixture for natural gas, and <br />fine-tune and adjust firing to its maximum efficiency level throughout entire <br />modulation range. Analyze flue gas and monitor temperature, 02, CO2, CO and <br />excess air (worn control, metering, linkage or affiliated equipment replacements, if <br />required, is not included but will be made available at 15% discount on parts). <br />REV: 03.12-18 MI <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.050/R.
