• Monitor complete combustion and efficiency testing and record at firing rates or 20%, <br />50%, 75% & 100% of boiler/burner capacity when applicable. Calculate and record <br />combustion efficiency at each position. <br />• Submit an engineer's report to City for review upon completion of full testing. <br />• Respond to calls for unscheduled work ("Extra Work") from the City in a timely fashion <br />relative to the scale/urgency of the Extra Work. <br />• Perform work is Monday through Friday from 7:00am — 4:00pm, such that the City can be <br />notified of any emergency or immediate need for repairs to any of the boilers. <br />Extra Work: <br />Contractor shall provide any additional boiler repairs, overhauls, or direct replacement of boilers <br />which are not included in the preventative maintenance list outlined in the bulleted points above <br />under Section 1 (Scope of Work/Tasks). Prior to performing any such additional repairs, or <br />replacements, Contractor shall submit to City a detailed description of the work determined to be <br />necessary together with cost estimate for such work and parts; and obtain written approval from <br />City prior to commencement of work. The parties shall both execute a written change order to <br />this Agreement, documenting City's approval and Contractor's price and scope of work. <br />2. Pavment Terms. <br />Contractor shall provide the preventative maintenance and testing services outlined herein for a <br />flat fee of $13,500.00 per year. This amount includes labor, expected parts, and equipment <br />required to perform the preventative maintenance tasks and testing outlined in Section 1 (Scope <br />of Work/Tasks). City shall pay Contractor up to a not -to -exceed amount of $18,000.00 over the <br />term of the Agreement for extra work based on hourly labor, as delineated below, and the cost of <br />parts, as needed. Fees will be billed on a per facility basis upon completion of annual preventive <br />maintenance and testing of equipment as delineated below and upon completion of extra work, <br />as needed.
