Exhibit "A" to M.O.U. <br />PORT OF REDWOOD CITY <br />COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />This scope of work should be used as a guide for general level of service. <br />The following list of activities we would develop and execute on the Port of Redwood City's <br />behalf and in partnership with the Port's executive leadership and Staff, Board members and <br />clients. <br />Please note that all costs for third -party graphic design, website design and hosting, email <br />marketing/eblast, and advertising will be outside the agreed to compensation, expenses and <br />payments amount listed in Section 2 of the Memordandum of Understanding. <br />These additional fees are considered a regular part of the services provided and will be <br />reimbursable expenses submitted with the regular monthly invoices. No prior authorization is <br />required for the City to incur such expenses in connection with regular services it provides <br />under this Agreement. <br />IDPUBLIC RELATIONS <br />■ Develop artices about Port activity and progress to be submitted (with City Manager <br />approval) to the City Manager's Council Connection, a weekly digital tool to share key <br />and relevant information to elected leadership <br />■ Share and develop articles about Port news through the City's mailed newsletter that <br />reaches all City residents (with City Manager approval) <br />■ Develop event content and information to promote and share Port information through <br />the City's digital and physical spaces including social media channels, website exposure, <br />City facilities, etc. <br />Ii Leverage the City's partnership with PenTV to share Port news and events through their <br />community bulletin, social media channels, Youtube channel and cable stations <br />0 Develop content and share Port information through the City's City Council bulletin that <br />is featured before each City Council meeting streaming online and via the City's cable <br />stations <br />i Potentially develop Port of Redwood City blog articles or other blog series to share the <br />Port's story <br />11 Page <br />
