■ Potentially develop short videos and other visual stories to share online <br />■ Share Port news, event details and other information through other digital marketing <br />opportunities including the City's weekly enews digital newsletter (over 6,000 <br />subscribers), monthly economic development enews digital newsletter (over 900 <br />subscribers) <br />■ Evaluate the current eblast/email marketing system that the Port uses and recommend <br />new platforms to use <br />■ Design ads to provide exposure of the Port of Redwood City in trade press publications <br />to help drive potential business opportunities <br />COMMUNITY OUTREACH <br />■ Share Port news, events and other information through the City's Access to the City's <br />Neighborhood Associations, neighborhood leadership and other <br />neighborhood/community email lists and networks <br />■ Connect Port activities and events through distribution of Port promotional materials to <br />City facilities, access to City Hall and Community Center screens for Port promotions and <br />events, and leverage other City and community events to share Port of Redwood City <br />information <br />■ Tap into the City's online survey tools to engage community members around Port <br />decision making, policy initiatives, and other efforts <br />.
