■ Develop and create reports, fact sheets, digital and print flyers, Powerpoint <br />presentations, etc., as needed <br />■ Create standardized branded communications tools including presentations, staff <br />reports, email marketing/eblast templates, fact sheets, etc. <br />■ Lead the redevelopment and rebranding of www.nortofredwoodcitv.com and revamp of <br />the Port of Redwood City's webpage that exists on the City of Redwood City official <br />government website. <br />o City IT staff currently supports the web pages updates, using Dreamweaver, <br />hosted by Pure Host and manages the domain registration, ensuring it is current <br />and pointing to the right hosting company. This support would continue through <br />their separate contract. <br />■ Event promotions through the City's online event calendar <br />MEDIA RELATIONS <br />■ Develop a media strategy to share the Port of Redwood City's story and news to local, <br />regional and trade press <br />■ Leverage the City's existing relationships with local and regional media <br />■ Utilize the City's Public Information Officer as press contact or advisor on media <br />inquiries, media outreach strategies and other relevant media relations opportunities <br />■ Increase media coverage of the Port of Redwood City activities by utilizing the City's <br />constant contact media list (1,800 subscribers of a broad section of media, community <br />members, local company leadership, bloggers and more) <br />!
