The strategies <br />proposed and goals set for the five year Plan address these needs. <br /> <br />Priority Needs and Strategies <br />Based on consultations with multiple organizations and stakeholders, there were <br />recurring needs and strategies that came from the discussions. The HHCC used this <br />information to identify five priority strategies as summarized in the Executive Summary <br />(Attachment 2). Redwood City will use the priority objectives and strategies as a <br />baseline for funding recommendations, monitoring and performance evaluation over the <br />five-year period.
