PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT 2 Flygt Sewage and Storm Pump Preventative Maintenance Project Introduction The City of Redwood City, California (“City”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified sewage and storm pump maintenance companies1 (“Contractor,” “Proposer”) to provide maintenance, replacement services, and potentially installation on City-owned sewage and storm pumps in Redwood City. Attachments The attachments below are included with this Request for Proposal (RFP) for your review. Attachments with an asterisk (*) shall be filled out, signed by the appropriate representative of the company, and returned with your submittal. Attachment A – Liquidated Damages Clause form Attachment B – Scope of Services Attachment C – Sample General Services Agreement Attachment D- Sample Project References Format Attachment E – Pumps Subject to the Agreement Attachment F – Repair Parts: Estimated Numbers and Costs Instructions to Proposers Questions Regarding the RFP Should discrepancies or omissions be found in this RFP or should there be a need to clarify this RFP, questions regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by the City no later than Wednesday November 29, at 3:30 p.m. PDT.
