<br />PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT 3 <br />Flygt Sewage and Storm Pump Preventative Maintenance Project <br />Examination of Proposal Documents <br />The submission of a Proposal shall be deemed a representation and certification by <br />the Proposer that they: <br /> <br />• Have carefully read and fully understand the information that was provided by <br />the City to serve as the basis for submission of this Proposal. <br />• Have the capability to successfully undertake and complete the <br />responsibilities and obligations of the Proposal being submitted. <br />• Represent that all information contained in this Proposal is true and correct. <br />• Did not, in any way, collude; conspire to agree, directly or indirectly, with any <br />person, firm, corporation or other Proposer in regard to the amount, terms or <br />conditions of this Proposal. <br />• Acknowledge that the City has the right to make any inquiry it deems <br />appropriate to substantiate or supplement information supplied by Proposer, <br />and Proposer hereby grants the City permission to make these inquiries, and <br />to provide any and all related documentation in a timely manner. <br /> <br />No request for modification of the proposal shall be considered after its submission <br />on grounds that Proposer was not fully informed to any fact or condition. <br /> <br />Submission of Proposals <br />Proposals are due on or before Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 3:30 p.m. PDT, at <br />which time they will be recorded and forwarded to a Selection Advisory Committee <br />for evaluation. Proposals will not be opened and read aloud. <br /> <br />Proposals must be sealed and sent to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />Office of the City Clerk <br />1017 Middlefield Rd. <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />The Proposer shall submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of its proposal in a sealed <br />envelope, addressed as noted above, bearing the Proposer’s name and address clearly <br />marked as “RFP for Flygt Sewage and Storm Pump Preventative Maintenance Project.” <br /> <br />The Proposer shall also email a pdf version of their Proposal to: <br />jcheechov@redwoodcity.org with their sealed Proposal. <br /> <br />Late proposals will not be considered. <br />6.1.A. - Page 20
