Section 11: Proiect Recommendation Subiect to Conditions of Approval: <br />The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council of the City of <br />Redwood City Amend Article 60, Zoning District Boundaries — Maps, to change the <br />zoning designations for various properties as depicted in the map attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A., contingent and effective upon the City Council's adoption of the <br />Waterfront Zoning Ordinance. <br />The Planning Commission further recommends to the City Council of the City of <br />Redwood City that the Project be approved based on certification of a Final EIR, all <br />applicable findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval (Exhibit B) attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and contingent and effective upon the <br />City Council's adoption of the Waterfront Ordinance. <br />Section 12.
