Results of November 8, 2005 Consolidated Special and General Municipal <br />Election <br />City Clerk Howe gave the background on the topic and the results of the election. <br />Recommendation: <br />M/S Hartnett/Bain to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution declaring Canvass of Returns and Results of Special and <br />General Municipal Election <br />RESOLUTION 14676 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, RECITING THE FACTS OF THE CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL AND <br />GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 8, 2005 <br />DECLARING THE RESULTS AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED <br />BY LAW <br />2. Direct the City Clerk to submit the amended ratified sections of the City <br />Charter to the Secretary of State and file a copy with the County Recorder, <br />pursuant to Government Code 34459, 34460 and Elections Code Section <br />9269 <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present.
