Section 30.12 h r r f Ii i n Requirements for off- street parking space and off-street loading space shall be a continuing obligation of the owner of the land on which any structure is located so long as the structure is in existence and its use requiring vehicle parking or vehicle loading facilities continues. It shall be unlawful for an owner of any building in connection with which off-street parking spaces are required to discontinue or change, or to permit or cause a discontinuance of change of, the required vehicle parking or loading space without establishing alternative parking or loading space which meets the requirements of this Ordinance, and it shall be unlawful for any person to use such building without acquiring such land for vehicle parking or loading space as meets the requirements of the Ordinance.
