<br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />CGM:wg:7/7/75R <br /> <br />Funeral homes and mortuaries when located on <br />a parcel immediately adjacent to a parcel <br />devoted to a public or quasi-public use. <br /> <br />Family care homes. <br /> <br />Section 30.5 of the abovementioned Ordinance No. <br /> <br />1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 30.5 Size of Spaces. (a) A large parking <br />space shall have a width of not less than nine feet and <br />a length of not less than 19 feet. A small parking space <br />shall have a width of seven and one-half feet and a length <br />of 16 feet. All small parking spaces shall be posted as <br />reserved for small cars. In any parking area with six or <br />more required parking spaces, one small parking space may <br />be provided for every three required parking spaces. All <br />other required parking spaces shall be large parking spaces. <br /> <br />(b) No required off-street parking space shall be situated <br />within one foot of any wall or vertical obstruction above <br />curb height. Structural columns between adjacent parking <br />spaces in parking facilities of three or more adjacent <br />spaces are excluded from this requirement when such columns <br />are located at least three feet, but not more than five <br />feet, from either or both ends of the respective parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br />(c) Each required off-street loading space shall be not <br />less than 11 feet in width and 35 feet in length, with 15 <br />feet of vertical clearance. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. <br /> <br />Section 31.8 of the abovementioned Ordinance No. <br /> <br />1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Fences and walls <br /> <br />"Section 31.8 <br /> <br />Fences and Walls. <br /> <br />located in any district shall be subject to the following <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />height and location restriction: <br /> <br />~) <br /> <br />Fences and walls exceeding three feet in height <br />require a Fence Permit. No fence or wall exceeding <br />three feet in height shall be erected without first <br />obtaining a Fence Permit therefor. Everyappli- <br />cation for a Fence Permit shall be on forms provided <br />by the Planning Director and shall be accompanied <br />by a nonrefundable fee of Five Dollars ($5.00). <br />The Planning Director shall issue the Fence Permit <br />if he finds that the proposed fence complies with <br />all the requirements of this section. <br /> <br />In addition to a Fence Permit fences and walls <br />exceeding six feet in height require a Building <br />Permit. Fees and regulations pertaining thereto <br />are included in the Building Code. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
