<br />DES:djk ~6/26/90 (056/26) <br />DES:djk 7/09/90R <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project 1990-91" (form <br /> <br />dated 06/26/90) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Davey Tree <br /> <br />Surgery Company, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the aforementioned bid of Davey <br /> <br />Tree Surgery Company, are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4.
