<br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for construction inspection services were approved and appropriated in <br />approving the full time staff person that is currently unfilled. Funding was previously <br />approved and appropriated in the following funds: <br /> <br />Middlefield and Woodside Intersection Improvements Project <br />Fiscal Year 2017-2018 – Capital Outlay Fund (Utility Users Tax) – <br />Alameda/Eaton Signal Project (No longer a project), which has an available <br />balance of $200,000.00 as of April 2, 2018. <br /> <br />California Water Tank Project <br />Fiscal Year 2017-2018 – Water Fund Capital Projects – CA Tank and Pump <br />Station, which has an available balance of $4,203,817.70 as of April 2, 2018. <br /> <br />Sewer Collection System Replacement Project <br />Fiscal Year 2017-2018 – Sewer Fund Capital Projects – CA Tank and Pump <br />Station, which has an available balance of $5,707,931.77 as of April 2, 2018. <br /> <br />Utility Encroachment Permits <br />Fiscal Year 2017-2018 – General Fund – Subdivision Engineering, which has an <br />available balance of $196,221.92 as of April 2, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This action does not constitute a Project as defined by the California Environmental <br />Quality Act because the inspection services will not result in direct or indirect physical <br />changes in the environment. <br /> <br />JAMES O’CONNELL, PE <br />SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER <br /> <br /> <br />AARON AKNIN, AICP <br />ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> <br />6.1.A. - Page 3
