Page 15 of 19 <br />ATTY/RESO.0033/CC RESO 1548 MAPLE APPROVING PROJECT PERMITS <br />REV: 04-30-18 PR <br />55. Reconstruction of Frontage Streets, Blomquist Street Extension - The City has identified the need for new street construction of Blomquist Street, from Maple & Blomquist Street intersection to Redwood Creek, and reconstruction of Maple Street fronting the project site, in accordance with the project Development Agreement and the City’s Engineering Standards. [SDR][ENGINEERING] 56. Public Parking Time Limits – Time limits for publically available parking spaces shall be indicated by the installation of parking signs. The time limits shall be set by the City Engineer, in coordination with the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services and codified in Section 20.96 of the Municipal Code of Ordinances. Fire and Safety 57. Emergency Responder Radio Communications System - This project is required to have an Emergency Responder Radio Communications System (ERRCS) installed in accordance with CFC 510 and NFPA 1221. The only except ion to this requirement is when native radio system coverage levels are within acceptable limits as determined by Fire Department approved third party testing. 58. Fire Department Knox Building Access - Knox Key boxes are require d as part of this project to allow emergency access for firefighters. Indicate on the plans that Knox Key boxes will be provided at all entrances to the buildings at locations approved by the fire department. Recessed key boxes shall be installed at all entrances five to six feet above finished grade CFC 506. 59. Available Water Supply to Project Site - Provide current fire flow information from the water purveyor to indicate the maximum available water flow in gallons per minute (GPM) at a minimum of 20 pounds per square inch (psi) residual pressure. This information must be dated and indicate the information is the most curren t information available from the water purveyor. If the available water supply does not meet fire code requirements, water system infra structure improvements will be required. 60. The number and location of Fire Hydrants based on the required fire flow for this project shall be determined utilizing Appendix B and C of the CFC. 61. Automatic Fire Sprinklers - The proposed buildings are required to be equipped with automatic fire sprinkler systems meeting NFPA Standard 13R. Provide plans and hydraulic calculations for the design of the systems. 62. Fire Department Connections - FDC's to the fire sprinkler/standpipe systems shall be located at the fire access side of the buildings within 50 feet of a Fire Hydrant. 63. Fire Alarm Systems Required - UL Central Station fully addressable fire alarm systems are required in all buildings meeting NFPA 72. Provide plans and voltage drop calculations for the design of these systems. <br />7.A. - Page 200
