Premises Identification (Address Numbers) - Indicate on the plans where the premises identification (address) will be located and the size (minimum 12") in a contrasting background facing the street from which the building takes the address CFC 505. 65. Portable Fire Extinguishers Required - Portable fire extinguishers, with a minimum classification of 2A:10B C are required to be permanently installed in all buildings in the common areas within 50 feet of travel from all portions of the building in compliance with NFPA 10 and CFC 906. 66. As the proposed structure exceeds 30 feet in height, at least two means of fire apparatus access shall be provided CFC D104.1. 67. As the proposed structure exceeds 62,000 square feet in area, two separate and approved fire apparatus access roads are required CFC D J 04.2. 68. The width of the required fire apparatus access roads shall be a minimum of 26 feet to accommodate aerial apparatus D105.2. 69. Any fire apparatus access roads in excess of 150 feet shall have fire apparatus turn- around s installed as per 2016 CFC Table D103.I. Construction-Related Activities 69. Verification for Dimensions – All dimensions, including building location on the site, setbacks, building height, etc. shall be verified by a licensed surveyor. Sales and Use Taxes – Applicant shall use good faith efforts to register with the Board of Equalization to create an ID prior to project construction and operation. Hours of Construction – On-Site Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the Building Official, and shall adhere to the City’s Noise Ordinance. Construction Sign - Prior to the start of any construction work, including demolition, install at least one 36” x 48” (minimum) construction sign in a visible location along the project frontage for the duration of construction.
