General Services Agreement for Annual Preventative Maintenance of <br />Flygt Sewer and Storm Pumps (304) <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year <br />General Services Agreement with Shape Inc., in an amount not to exceed <br /> $704,810 for preventative maintenance and on-call repair of the City’s Flygt <br />brand pumps, and find that the project is exempt from the requirements of <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines <br />Section 15301 MINUTE ORDER 18-061 <br /> <br /> B.
