Approving the contract documents and awarding the standard <br />form contract 00520 for the Redwood City School District - <br />Safe Routes to School Project to Sposeto Engineering, Inc. <br />of Livermore, California for their responsive and responsible <br />low base bid in the amount of $728,066.40; <br />2. Authorizing the City Manager to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded; <br />3. Finding that the project is exempt from the requirements of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or <br />Reconstruction); and <br />4.
