<br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The project was funded in the Adopted Budget 2017-2018 Capital Improvement <br />Projects through the Capital Outlay Fund (Utilities Users Tax) and Parks Impacts Fees <br />Fund / Parks In-Lieu Fee Fund. The Project was completed within the contract amount <br />and there is no fiscal impact associated with accepting the Project. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This action does not constitute a Project as defined by the California Environmental <br />Quality Act.
