<br />DES:dft '7/07/90 (084/27) <br /> <br />final amount is less than the amount so deposited, the City <br />shall remit to the applicant the difference between the <br />actual amount and the amount deposited upon completion of <br />the environmental impact report by the consultant. <br /> <br />"In addition to the foregoing amount to be paid for the <br />preparation of the environmental impact report by a <br />consultant, the applicant shall pay to the City an <br />administration fee in the amount of $100, or ten percent of <br />the actual amount paid by the City to the consultant, <br />whichever is greater. The full estimated amount shall be <br />paid at the time the total estimated sum for the preparation <br />of the negative declaration or environmental impact report <br />is deposited with the City and the remaining balance, if <br />any, shall be paid upon completion of such declaration or <br />report, and prior to review thereof by the Planning <br />Commission." <br /> <br />2.
