<br />DES:dj "7/05/90 <br /> <br />(0062/26) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11325 entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution of Intention to Order the Levy of Benefit Assessments <br /> <br /> <br />Using the Alternative Method, Approving City Manager's Report, <br /> <br /> <br />and Providing Notice of Hearing Thereon Seaport Boulevard <br /> <br /> <br />Landscape Maintenance District (Fiscal Years 1990-91 and <br /> <br /> <br />1991-92)", adopted June 25, 1990, this Council approved the City <br /> <br /> <br />Manager's Report (the "Report") required to be prepared pursuant <br /> <br />to said Ordinance No. 1895 setting forth the amounts to be <br /> <br /> <br />provided in the budget for maintenance and operation, a <br /> <br /> <br />description of each lot or parcel of property in the District, by <br /> <br /> <br />a legal description, Assessor's Parcel Number or other <br /> <br /> <br />description sufficient to identify the same, and the amount of <br /> <br />assessment to be levied for the fiscal years 1990-1991 and <br /> <br /> <br />1991-92 against each lot or parcel of property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of hearing on any and all protests in <br /> <br /> <br />relation to the Report was given by causing a notice of hearing <br /> <br />to be duly posted, published and mailed in the time, form and <br /> <br />manner provided by said Ordinance No. 1895, all as more <br /> <br /> <br />particularly appears from the certificates and affidavits thereof <br /> <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hearing thereon was duly and regularly held at <br /> <br />the time and place advertised in said notice; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no written protests obj ecting to the Report were <br /> <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk at or before the time set for hearing <br /> <br />by the owners of more than 1/2 of the area of the property in the <br /> <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District subject to the <br /> <br />special benefit assessments described in the Report, and all <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11332 <br />
