<br />DES:dj' ~7/05/90 (063/26) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />r JUL -, 9 1990 <br />11331 <br /> <br />ORI("I!rll\! <br />11 I\HL <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS, APPROVING, CONFIRMING <br />AND ADOPTING CITY MANAGER'S REPORT, AND ORDERING <br />SPECIAL BENEFIT ASSESSMENT TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED - <br />SEAPORT CENTRE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />(FISCAL YEARS 1990-91 AND 1991-92) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1895, <br /> <br />adopted by this Council on April 16, 1984, and the applicable <br /> <br />provisions of Chapter 26, Part 3, Division 7 of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code of the State of California, this Council did, on <br /> <br />April 22, 1985 adopt its Resolution No. 9859, entitled "A <br /> <br />Resolution Ordering the Formation of Seaport Centre Maintenance <br /> <br />District, and Ordering That the Alternative Method for the Levy <br /> <br />of Benefit Assessments Be Made Applicable to Said Maintenance <br /> <br />District"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by said Resolution No. 9859 did order <br /> <br />the formation of said Seaport Centre Maintenance District (the <br /> <br />"District") and did order that the amount necessary to pay the <br />costs and expenses of the maintenance and operation of the public <br /> <br />improvements therein described be raised by an annual special <br /> <br />benefit assessment apportioned according to the benefits among <br /> <br />the several lots or parcels of property within the District in <br /> <br />accordance with the formula therefor more particularly set forth <br /> <br />in said resolution and in accordance with and pursuant to the <br /> <br />provisions for the alternative method for the levy of benefit <br /> <br />assessments in Maintenance Districts in the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />as provided in Ordinance No. 1895; and <br />
