<br />DES:di ~7/05/90 (063/26) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11324 entitled, <br />"Resolution of Intention to Order the Levy of Benefit Assessments <br />Using the Alternative Method, Approving City Manager's Report, <br />and Providing Notice of Hearing Thereon Seaport Centre <br />Maintenance District (Fiscal Years 1990-91 and 1991-92)", adopted <br />June 25, 1990, this Council approved the City Manager's Report <br />(the "Report") required to be prepared pursuant to said Ordinance <br />No. 1895 setting forth the amounts to be provided in the budget <br />for maintenance and operation, a description of each lot or <br />parcel of property in the District, by a legal description, <br />Assessor's Parcel Number or other description sufficient to <br />identify the same, and the amount of assessment to be levied for <br />the fiscal years 1990-1991 and 1991-92 against each lot or parcel <br />of property; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of hearing on any and all protests in <br />relation to the Report was given by causing a notice of hearing <br />to be duly posted, published and mailed in the time, form and <br />manner provided by said Ordinance No. 1895, all as more <br />particularly appears from the certificates and affidavits thereof <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, the hearing thereon was duly and regularly held at <br />the time and place advertised in said notice; and <br />WHEREAS, no written protests objecting to the Report were <br />filed with the City Clerk at or before the time set for hearing <br />by the owners of more than 1/2 of area of the property in the <br />Seaport Centre Maintenance District subject to the special <br />benefit assessments described in the Report, and all persons <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11331 <br />
