<br />CES:mgl 06/05/90 (067/27) <br /> <br />/":, ~.;: f ('1 ! ~\~ i'~ L <br />U'\.l";"'j'/"-"I <br />. lot. \wic ~ . , <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO..J..^1:311 <br /> <br />JUN 1 1 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE REDWOOD CITY <br />STREET LIGHTING REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT THEREFOR; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br />OF BID SECURITY PERTAINING THERETO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11273 adopted April 24, <br /> <br />1990, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Redwood City <br /> <br />Street Lighting Replacement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in response to said advertisement, twelve bids were <br /> <br />received and filed with the City Clerk for the Redwood City <br /> <br />Street Lighting Replacement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rosendin Electric, of San Jose, California, is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for the Redwood City Street Lights <br /> <br />Replacement Project, and it is the desire and intention of this <br /> <br />Council to award said bid to Rosendin Electric, of San Jose, <br /> <br />California; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Rosendin Electric, of San Jose, California, <br /> <br />in the amount of Twenty-Two Thousand, Four Hundred Twelve and <br /> <br />No/100 Dollars ($22,412.00), computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal for completion of the Redwood City Street Lighting <br /> <br />Replacement Project, dated May 22, 1990, and in accordance with <br /> <br />the specifications therefor on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and <br /> <br />declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br />1 <br />
