The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement Redwood City Street <br /> <br /> <br />Lighting Replacement Project" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />Ci ty and Rosendin Electric, of San Jose, California, for the <br /> <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the above-mentioned <br /> <br /> <br />bid proposal, (form dated 06/05/90) a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid of Rosendin Electric, of <br /> <br /> <br />San Jose, California, are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the above-mentioned materials, other than <br /> <br /> <br />the bid of Rosendin Electric, of San Jose, California, are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />rejected. <br /> <br />5.
