Certifies that the City has or will have funds in the <br /> <br /> <br />amount of Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Two and No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($9,432.00) to contribute as matching funds to complete <br /> <br /> <br />the Project; <br /> <br />4. Certifies that the City will pursue the Project to <br /> <br /> <br />completion with reasonable diligence; and <br /> <br />5.
