Receive the Draft Redwood City Water Financing Plan - 2005 Update, <br />prepared by Bartle Wells Associates, Independent Public Finance Advisors for the <br />purpose of financing the Recycled Water Project - Alternative 'TF', as <br />recommended by the Community Task Force on Recycled Water; <br />2. Set January 9, 2006 as an opportunity for public comment to the City Council <br />on the Draft Plan; <br />3. Set January 23, 2006 as the date on which the City Council will hear further <br />public comments and consider approval of the 2005 Update of the Water <br />Financing Plan. <br /> <br />B. Consideration of First Amended and restated Joint Exercise of Powers <br />Agreement of the South Bayside Waste Management Authority ("SBWMA") <br /> <br />Staff contact: Brian Panty, Director of Finance and Financial Planning 780-7072 <br />bponty@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Determine whether or not to approve the First Amended and Restated Joint <br />Exercise of Powers Agreement <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE FIRST <br />AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />SOUTH BAYSIDE WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY <br /> <br />C.
