Receive the Draft Redwood City Water Financing Plan - 2005 Update, prepared by Bartle Wells Associates, Independent Public Finance Advisors for the purpose of financing the Recycled Water Project - Alternative 'TF', as recommended by the Community Task Force on Recycled Water; 2. Set January 9, 2006 as an opportunity for public comment to the City Council on the Draft Plan; 3. Set January 23, 2006 as the date on which the City Council will hear further public comments and consider approval of the 2005 Update of the Water Financing Plan. B. Solid Waste Collections Rate Increase Staff contact: Brian Panty, Director of Finance and Financial Planning 780-7072 bponty@redwoodcity.org Recommendation: Approve an 8.1 % rate increase effective February 20, 2006. For typical residential customers who have one 32-gallon container picked up once a week, the increase will amount to $1.27 per month.
