(b) Endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, <br />boards, commissions, agents, and employees thereof, as additional insureds; and <br />(c) Standard cross liability endorsement. <br />17. This permit shall be non - exclusive and City retains the right, in general, to permit <br />third parties to use portions of the Subject Premises, and the right, specifically, to permit <br />ingress and egress from lands of City in the vicinity of the Subject Premises to Parcel C <br />through Maple Street (formerly Steinberger Street). <br />18.
