15. Permittee agrees to be responsible and liable for all damages to persons or <br />property, including the injury or death of persons, due directly or indirectly to Permittee's <br />maintenance of the Subject Premises and to the installation of any improvements <br />hereunder, including landscaping and /or any other use which Permittee makes of the <br />Subject Premises, and shall promptly pay any just claim therefore. Permittee further <br />agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, <br />boards, commissions, agents, and employees from all suits, actions, damages, or <br />claims to which the City may be subjected by reason of said maintenance and /or <br />improvement of the Subject Premises. <br />16. Permittee shall secure, carry and maintain at all times during the period covered <br />by this revocable permit, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, public liability and <br />property damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following minimum <br />amounts: <br />a. $500,000 for injury or death of any one person and $1,000,000 for <br />any one occurrence; and <br />b. Property damage insurance in the amount of $500,000. <br />A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required insurance <br />shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior to any use of the Subject Premises by <br />Permittee. Each certificate shall bear the following endorsements: <br />(a) Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received any notification thereof from <br />the insurance carrier; and <br />Atty /Permits /2005.018 <br />120105/FXS 5 <br />
