Each voter may vote in person or through a personal <br />representative as provided in Section 710 of the Ordinance. <br />Any voter or his personal representative may vote by proxy <br />pursuant to Sections7ll, 712 and 713 of the Ordinance. <br />Each voter shall have one vote on said Measure (A) for each <br />$1 of assessed value of land in the District owned by him <br />as shown on the last equalized assessment roll on which <br />general city taxes are collected. Each voter shall have <br />one vote on each of said Measures (B), (C), (D) and (E), <br />respectively for each $1 of assessed value of the real <br />property in the District owned by him as shown on said last <br />equalized assessment roll. Each voter may vote on any one <br />or more or all of said measures. Each voter to vote for <br />any measure hereby submitted and for incurring the bonded <br />indebtedness set forth in said measure shall stamp a cross(X) <br />in the blank space opposite the word "YES" on the ballot to <br />the right of said measure, and to vote against said measure <br />and against incurring said bonded indebtedness shall stamp <br />a cross (X) in the blank space opposite the word "NO" on <br />the ballot to the right of said measure. <br />14 <br />
