14. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause <br />notice of said bond election hereby called to be given by <br />causing a notice of said bond election, notice of measures <br />to be voted on and notice of election officers and polling <br />place to be published once in the REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City, not less than <br />14 days before the day of said bond election. <br />15. The City Clerk is further ordered and directed <br />to notify the members of said election board of their appoint— <br />ment and to furnish all election supplies necessary in the <br />conduct of said bond election. No irregularities or <br />informalities in conducting said bond election shall invali— <br />date the same if said bond election shall otherwise have been <br />fairly conducted. <br />16.
