10. Said bond election shall be held on Tuesday, <br />June 16, 1964, and the voting procedure used at the <br />polls shall be as provided in Section 715 of the <br />Ordinance for elections at which landowners are the <br />voters. The polls at the polling place hereinafter <br />mentioned shall be opened at seven o'clock A.M. (Cal. <br />D.S.T.) and shall be kept open continuously thereafter <br />until seven o'clock P.M. (Cal. D.S.T.) on the day of <br />said bond election (except as otherwise permitted by <br />Section 709 of the Ordinance), when said polls shall be <br />closed (except as provided in Section 14436 of the <br />Elections Code of the State of California), and the <br />board of election shall thereupon proceed to canvass <br />the ballots cast thereat in the manner provided in <br />Section 716 of the Ordinance. <br />11. Said bond election shall be held and conducted <br />and the votes thereat canvassed, and the returns thereof <br />made, and the result thereof ascertained and determined <br />as herein provided. In all particulars not prescribed <br />in this resolution said bond election shall be held <br />pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Ordinance so far as the <br />same shall be applicable. Immediately after the canvass <br />and declaration of the results of said bond election, <br />the board of election shall post the results of the <br />election at the entrance of the polling place and shall <br />forward to the City Clerk the certificate and documents <br />referred toin clauses (b) and (c) of Section 717 of the <br />Ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify the results of <br />said bond election to the Council and the Council shall <br />P. <br />
