meet and canvass said returns and enter them in a <br />resolution adopted by it at its regular meeting next <br />following the date of said bond election, to wit: on <br />Monday, June 22, 1964, at the hour of 8 P.M. (Cal. D.S.T.). <br />Upon such canvass, if it shall be found that a majority <br />of the votes by landowners cast for any one or more of <br />said measures were in favor thereof such measure or <br />measures shall be deemed to have been approved and bonds <br />of the District in an aggregate principal amount not <br />exceeding the amounts of bonds authorized by the measure <br />or measures so approved may be issued and sold by the <br />Council on behalf of the District; and if it shall be <br />found that any one or more of said measures failed to <br />carry, the results of said bond election shall be entered <br />accordingly. <br />12. For the conduct of said bond election the <br />District shall constitute one (1) bond election precinct, <br />the boundaries of which shall be coterminous with the <br />boundaries of the District. It is hereby found and <br />determined that there is no polling place available for <br />such bond election within the boundaries of the District, <br />that there are no registered electors in the District <br />and that the members of the board of election hereinafter <br />named are registered electors of the City. The polling <br />place for said bond election precinct and the members of <br />the board of election appointed to conduct said election <br />thereat are as follows: <br />7 <br />
