Rased upon such accounting, and L <br />current cost estimates for the proposed construction, the parties <br />will determine whether to adjust the Rate Schedule. At such meeting, <br />the parties shall also determine which of the Facilities should be <br />t <br />schoduled for construction. If the Fund does not contain sufficient <br />monies to cover the �nti,i,ca:cd cost of constructing the Facilities' <br />which the parties desire to schedule for construction, Redwood Shos <br />may elect to either advance funds to the District to constru,t'or <br />{( <br />caune to be constructed, such Facilities at its own expense, subjedt <br />to reimbursement as hereinafter described. It is agreed that no I <br />general funds of the City of Redwood City shall be ohliq�tod for ths; <br />construction of public facilities subject to this agreement.
