estimated costs and expenses of said acquisitions and im- <br />provements, and of the incidental expenses in connection <br />therewith. <br />(d) Diagram showing the assessment district herein- <br />above referred to, and also the boundaries and dimensions <br />of the respective subdivisions of land within said assess- <br />ment district as the same were assessed at the time of the <br />passage of this resolution of intention. Each such sub- <br />division shall be given a separate number upon said dia- <br />gram. <br />(e) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the <br />cost and expense of the proposed improvements and acquisi- <br />tions upon the several subdivisions of land in said assess- <br />ment district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be <br />received by such subdivisions respectively from said acqui- <br />sitions and improvements and of the expenses incidental <br />thereto. <br />12. If any surplus funds shall remain in the improvement <br />fund contemplated by these proceedings after the completion of said <br />improvements and the payment of all expenses attributable thereto, <br />such surplus shall be transferred or credited upon the assessments <br />or any supplemental assessments in the manner set forth in Sections <br />10427 and 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California in effect on the date of the adoption of this resolu- <br />tion. <br />13. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to give <br />notice of the passage of this resolution of intention in the time, <br />form and manner required by law. <br />M <br />
