objections and protests made, and the said proposed improvements and <br />the public convenience and necessity for making the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Council of Redwood <br />City, as follows: <br />1. That the public convenience and necessity require the im- <br />provements described in said Resolution No. 4283. <br />2. That any and all objections and protests made pursuant to <br />said resolution be and the same are, hereby overruled and denied. <br />3. That the improvements described in said resolution be made <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 1913, as amended, and bonds for unpaid assessments be issued pur- <br />suant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, as amended, <br />and that the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and <br />Majority Protest Act of 1931 shall not apply to said proceedings. <br />-2- <br />
