I <br />To make application to said Court for an order fixing the <br />amount of such security in the way of money deposits as said <br />Court may direct to be made for the taking of immediate possess- <br />ion of said hereinabove described real property by the City of <br />Redwood City, and for an order permitting said City of Redwood <br />City to take immediate possession and use of said real property. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City be, and <br />he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: <br />To make deposit of such security out of proper funds of <br />the City of Redwood City, in the amount so fixed and determined <br />and in such manner as said Court in which the eminent domain <br />proceedings herein authorized are commenced, may direct. <br />-3- <br />
