REG:yc:4/30/64-7 <br />RE S GLUT I ON N 0. 4280 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION <br />PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF CITY CODE; AND <br />STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, George J. Castro and Marie M. Castro, the owners <br />of the hereinafter described property situate at 250 Upland Road, <br />in the County of San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits <br />of the City of Redwood City, have applied to the City for a <br />permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and <br />WHEREAS, in support of said application the applicants have <br />established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting <br />the subject property and affecting the public health and safety; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the <br />existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary <br />circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public <br />health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting <br />of a sewer connection permit to the property in question; <br />NOW, THEREFORE,- <br />BE <br />HEREFORE;BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional <br />and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- <br />tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the <br />hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system <br />situate in Upland Road pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Code. <br />2. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the follow- <br />ing fees, terms and conditions: <br />
