(a) Applicants shall pay a sewer connection fee com- puted in accordance with Article VI, Chapter 27, of the Municipal Code, and shall pay the further sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) which sum shall be refundable to the applicants if the premises described herein are annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years from the date hereof, and provided further that the applicants mentioned herein are the owners of the property at the time of the effective date of such annexa- tion and make demand upon the City within 90 days after such annexation. (b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City. (c) The owners of the property for which the sewer connection is requested shall execute a hold harmless agreement and waiver of liability in favor of the City of Redwood City with respect to the source and nature of ground waters in the hereinafter described property. (d) The owners shall obtain all necessary permits from the County of San Mateo to permit the installation of sewer facilities in Upland Road. 3. The property hereinabove referred to, commonly known as 250 Upland Road, is more particularly described as follows: All that real property situated in the County of San Mateo, State of California, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is distant from the inter- section of the southeasterly line of Whipple Road (now Edgewood Road) with the northeasterly line of Lot 19, as designated on the map hereinafter referred to, the following courses along said southeasterly line of Whipple Road South 42° 48' West 175.13 feet; THENCE, leaving said Whipple Road across Lot 19, South 440 55' East 352.66 feet to the center of a 50 foot private road; THENCE, along the center of said private road South 800 50' East 504.24 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the land herein described; THENCE, from said true point of beginning along the center line of said 50 foot private road South 72° 42' East 93.78 feet; THENCE, leaving said private road South 170 18' West 250 feet; THENCE, North 720 42' West 76 feet; THENCE, North 130 14' East 250.63 feet to the point of beginning, being portions of Lots eighteen (18) and nineteen (19) as shown on that certain map entitled "Map of Johnson Subdivision," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on October 4, 1909, in Book 7 of Maps; at page Z._:�: -,,, -2-
