ERC -4) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4277 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY DECLARING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE <br />AND NECESSITY REQUIRE AND THAT COUNCIL INTENDS <br />THAT REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64 INCUR GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDED INDEBTED- <br />NESS AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON <br />QUESTION WHETHER WHOLE DISTRICT WILL BE BENEFITED <br />AND ON QUESTION AS TO WHAT SHOULD BE TAX BASE FOR <br />BONDS <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 (hereinafter called the "District") is a general <br />improvement district duly organized and existing under the <br />Redwood City General Improvement District Ordinance (being <br />Ordinance No. 1128 adopted March 9. 19642 hereinafter called <br />the "Ordinance"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />(hereinafter called the "City") by Resolution No142,74 duly <br />adopted on May 4, 1964, finally determined and generally <br />described five projects for the District, all hereinafter <br />referred to; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been found and determined, and the <br />Council does hereby find and determine, that the cost of each <br />of said projects will be approximately the sum hereinafter set <br />forth, and that the District has no funds or income or revenues <br />and the cost of each of said projects is and will be too great <br />1 <br />
