to be paid from the levy and collection of taxes within the <br />District; <br />NOn1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them is, <br />true and correct and the Council so finds and determines. <br />2. The public interest, convenience and necessity <br />require the acquisition, construction, improvement, mainten— <br />ance and operation of each of the five projects for the <br />District hereinafter described, and the Council intends that <br />the District shall incur a bonded indebtedness for each of <br />said projects. <br />3.
