4. Monday, May 25, 1964, at the hour of 8. P.M. <br />and the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br />Records, City of Redwood City, California, be and the same <br />are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing by the <br />Council on the following questions: <br />(a) Will the whole or only a portion of the Dis— <br />trict be benefited by the accomplishment of each of the afore— <br />said objects and purposes for which bonded indebtedness is <br />proposed to be incurred? <br />(b) if only a portion of the District will be <br />benefited by any such object and purpose, what portion will <br />be so benefited? <br />(c) Subject to the limitations of Sections 803 <br />and 804 of the Ordinance that the costs of reclamation of <br />lands shall be borne solely by the lands to be reclaimed <br />and that the tax base for bonds for reclamation shall be <br />land only, should the tax base for the bonds for each of <br />said projects be land only, real property or all taxable <br />property? <br />Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time. <br />At said time and place, or at such time and place to which <br />said hearing may be adjourned, any person interested, includ— <br />ing persons owning property within the District, may appear <br />and present any matters material to the questions herein— <br />before set forth and will be heard upon the said questions. <br />At said hearing the Council shall receive proofs and consider <br />all matters stated in this resolution and may make changes <br />in any or all of said projects or in the portion of the <br />District to be benefited by any or all of said projects. <br />I <br />
