Upon the conclusion of said hearing hereinabove fixed, <br />the Council may by resolution, determine that the public <br />interest and convenience require the incurring of any or <br />all of said general obligation bonded indebtednesses, <br />whether the wiaole or only a part of the District will be <br />benefited by the object and purpose of each of said five <br />projects and the tax base for each such project. If the <br />Council determines that the whole of the District will not be <br />benefited by any one or more of said projects, then it shall <br />by resolution describe the portion of the District which <br />will be benefited by each project that does not benefit the <br />whole of the District, describing such portion of the Dis— <br />trict in a manner sufficient for identification, and such <br />portion of the District so described shall thereupon consti— <br />tute and be known as "Improvement District No. Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64" (each such <br />improvement district to be designated by a different number); <br />and the proceedings thereafter for the purpose of a bond <br />election or bond authorization for the designated project <br />within such improvement district and for the purpose of <br />taxation for the payment of the bonds and interest for such <br />project shall be limited and apply only to such improvement <br />district. <br />5. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the <br />City Clerk by publication of this resolution and by posting <br />and mailing copies of this resolution, all in the manner pro— <br />vided by Chapter 4 of the Ordinance. <br />7 <br />
