REG:yc:4/30/64-7 RE S GLUT I ON N O. 4275 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNIN- HABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "HILLCREST ANNEXATION NO. 1," AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 35310.1 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY: WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April, 1964, the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4268 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to initiate on its own motion, proceedings to annex to the City of Redwood City that certain territory designated "Hillcrest Annexation No. 1," pursuant to the provisions of Section 35310.1 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing and finds: (1) That the Local Agency Annexation Commission of San Mateo County, California, has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report on said proposed annexation, as required by law, and that said Local Agency Annexation Commission has approved the proposal for the annexation of the territory known as "Hillcrest Annexation No. 1"; and (2) That the Boundary Commission of the County of San Mateo, California, has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report on the proposed annexation, as required by law, and that said Boundary Commission has approved the boundaries of the said proposed an- nexation; and (3) That a petition has been signed, or consent has been filed, by the owners of all the land in the territory proposed to be annexed, which fact was declared in the resolution giving notice of the proposed annexation; and (4) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and
