(5) That less than 12 registered voters resided within the <br />territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted <br />by this Council and that said territory is therefore uninhabited; <br />and <br />(6) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution <br />No. 4268 to be published in the manner and within the time required <br />by Section 35310.1 of the Government Code and has also caused <br />notice to be given to all other persons to whom notices are <br />required by law to be given; and <br />(7) That the Council did in said Resolution No. 4268 set <br />May 4, 1964, at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Super- <br />visors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, San <br />Mateo County, California, as the day, hour and place when and <br />where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at the time and <br />place set for the hearing on the said proposed annexation and did <br />at the hearing, in open public session, ask for protests, if any, <br />to the proposed annexation and gave all persons full opportunity <br />to protest said annexation and received evidence relevant to such <br />annexation; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council at the time of said hearing found and <br />determined that no protests were made on behalf of the owners of <br />any of the property included within the territory to be annexed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood City does <br />hereby approve the annexation to the City of Redwood City of all <br />the territory designated as "Hillcrest Annexation No. 1," and <br />hereinafter described, and does hereby annex said territory to <br />the City of Redwood City.
