<br />CES:sh 05/30/90 056/27 <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Bayfront Canal Flap Gates <br /> <br />1990" by and between the City of Redwood City and Power <br /> <br /> <br />Engineering, of Palo Alto, California, for the performance of <br /> <br /> <br />said work in accordance with the above-mentioned bid proposal, <br /> <br /> <br />(form dated 05/30/90) a copy of which agreement is presently on <br /> <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> <br /> <br />conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid of Power Engineering, of <br /> <br /> <br />Palo Alto, California, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the above-mentioned materials, other than <br /> <br /> <br />the bid of Power Engineering, of Palo Alto, California, are <br /> <br /> <br />hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
