Ward <br />Event Director, "RUN BY THE BAY" <br />38536 Knute Court <br />Fremont, Ca.94536 <br /> <br />Re: The "RUN BY THE BAY" <br /> <br />Dear Sirs: <br /> <br />This letter will serve as your permission to conduct the "RUN BY THE BAY"in <br />the City of Redwood City, subject to and in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions herein. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the "RUN BY THE BAY" <br />(hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event. The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be sponsored and <br />conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />REFER TO ATTACHED MAP EXHIBIT A, <br /> <br />5. Dates and Time. The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be conducted on June <br />1 0, 1990 with the set-up time of 6:30 AM. The event will commence at 8:30 AM.. <br />The event will end by 9:30 AM and the course will be completely cleared by <br />11 :00 AM. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the "RUN BY THE BAY" taking place <br />in the public rights of way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that <br />area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief of Police determine <br />that the provision of Police Officers is required for the control of traffic in <br />connection with said "RUN BY THE BAY", Permittee agrees to reimburse <br />City for costs associated therewith. <br />
