Projects shall receive a density bonus in accordance with the State Density Bonus law as summarized in Table 32.19(a) (Allowed Density Bonuses). 2. Fractions. All calculations resulting in fractional units shall be rounded up to the next whole number. 3. Other Projects Qualifying for a Bonus. Land donation, child care facilities, condominium conversions or residential developments for transitional foster youth, disabled veterans or homeless persons may also be eligible for a density bonus under the State Density Bonus law. 4. Affordable Housing Plan and Agreement. Applicants must submit an Affordable Housing Plan in compliance with Section 29.7 (Affordable Housing Plan and Agreement) in connection with their first application for a planning permit, along with additional information required under Section 32.19.D (Submittal Requirements and Review Process) to evaluate the project's eligibility for a density bonus, incentives or concessions, waivers, and parking modifications.
