Concessions or incentives are permitted by state law as shown in Table 32.19(b) (Concessions and Incentives). 2. Process for Requesting. A request for a concession, incentive, or parking modification must be submitted in writing as part of the application process specified in Section 32.19.D (Submittal Requirements and Review Process).
