Streetlights - A new streetlight shall be installed, if needed, as determined by the <br />City Engineer. The style and location of all streetlights shall be as determined by <br />the City Engineer and Planning Manager. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />53. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the <br />project site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. When this <br />requires additional pavement restoration, the Engineer shall approve the <br />preferred layout of pavement markings. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />54. Parking Garage Ramps - Parking garage ramps shall meet the Design Criteria of <br />the Engineering Standards and consider safety and visibility of pedestrians to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. Access controls shall be designed and placed in <br />such a way that vehicles do not block the public sidewalk or queue in the public <br />right-of- way. The access control system shall be delineated in the building permit <br />submittal. Person doors with panic hardware and alarms shall be installed at or <br />adjacent to gates between private and public parking to allow the safest <br />emergency egress path of travel. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />Fire and Safety <br /> <br />55. Emergency Responder Radio Communications System - This project is <br />required to have an Emergency Responder Radio Communications System <br />(ERRCS) installed in accordance with CFC 510 and NFPA 122 1 . The only <br />exception to this requirement is when native radio system coverage levels are <br />within acceptable limits as determined by Fire Department approved third party <br />testing. <br /> <br />56. Fire Department Knox Building Access - Knox Key boxes are required as <br />part of this project to allow emergency access for firefighters. Indicate on the <br />plans that Knox Key boxes will be provided at all entrances to the buildings at <br />locations approved by the fire department. Recessed key boxes shall be installed <br />at all entrances five to six feet above finished grade CFC 506. <br /> <br />57. Available Water Supply to Project Site - Provide current fire flow information <br />from the water purveyor to indicate the maxim um available water flow in <br />gallons per minute (GPM) at a minimum of 20 pound s per square inch <br />(psi) residual pressure. This information must be dated and indicate the <br />information is the most current information available from the water purveyor. If <br />the available water supply does not meet fire code requirements, water system <br />infrastructure improvements will be required. <br /> <br />58. Fire Hydrants - The number and location of Fire H ydrants based on the <br />required fire flow for this project shall be determined utilizing Append ix B <br />and C of the CFC. <br /> <br />7.B. - Page 42
